During the healing session you will be fully clothed, lying on a massage table. Hand crafted, pure 3-metal Himalayan bowls will be placed on your body. Vibration and sound from the bowls entrain the brain to move into the deeper Alpha and Theta brain wave frequencies that induce deep meditative, and peaceful states, which is turn lead to your bodies' natural ability to heal.
When these bowls are placed on the body the sound vibrations are transmitted into our blood, organs, tissues, and cellular memory through our bodies which are 70% water. These vibrations impact our nervous system, engaging our relaxation reflex and inhibiting the stress or pain response. We will begin with a detoxifying foot bath and a treatment of salt and lemon. This helps to clean murky energy and creates a clear pathway beginning with your crown chakra, and flowing throughout the chakra energy system to the grounding root.
You will then lie on a UV heated, crystal energy mat. The subtle energy and vibration of the crystals work to penetrate and aid in healing your energy body.
I will then scan your body and locate anomalies of discourse. I will begin to energetically cleanse the area, then infuse the area with positive healing energy and vibration. I will use vibrational bowls, tuning forks, reiki, and positive intentions.
I think of this treatment as giving your energy body a cleansing spiritual tune up.
Fresh Lemon and Himalayan Salt are used to scrub the feet and detoxify. This is followed by warmed castor oil foot massage, hot towels, and a rejuvenating cream.
